Where do the Resistors go

just got some leds and need to slow down the fast flash I have some resistors that look like little gold car amps with pig tail wires on them but how do i hook them up. Thanks in advance

You put them across (in parallel with) the LED's to increase the current draw to fake out the flasher circuitry. You tap one resistor pigtail onto the source wire (RED/ORANGE) and the other resistor pigtail onto the ground wire (BLACK) between the lamp socket for the LED and the wire socket on the backside of the tail light assembly.
