Ordered mine from HIDGATE for the fogs on Thurs and received them Saturday. Easy install with no flickering at all! Best deal I've got so far.

here's an auction to bid on, select 9006 in the bulb selection area on the page, then purchase them. MAKE SURE you send the seller an e-mail saying you want the capacitors included for a 300C or an LX or whatever you have and they'll do it for you!

eBay Motors: HID XENON CONVERSION KIT 9006 H4 H13 H10 H1 9007 H7 880 (item 350035637583 end time Mar-18-08 10:16:13 PDT)

I could be wrong. From my understanding DRL's run on 1/2 the amount of energy then your low beams. Considering HIDs require a bit more energy to turn on, I was informed that you'd lose the DRLs. I just called 2 Chrysler and 1 Dodge dealership here locally to pose this question--same answer from all 3 is that I either choose DRL's or HIDs can't have both.

Now, if I can have both of these features--I'm in for HIDs when these bulbs die on me(considering I just replaced the OEM with SU's). Point me to the literature so that I can educate myself if you don't mind

If you're interested in daytime running lights(DRL's) visit your dealership and speak with your service advisor. They will need to use the Starscan to switch your car over to Canadian, and use the settings located there to enable the DRL's. Some dealerships are resistant but will given in if you tell them you are enabling them for safety reasons. Most insurance agencies will offer you a discount for having them enabled on your vehicle.

I'm confused. Do the 300's have DRL's on the low beam? I have only seen them on high beams, with other vehicles.
Don't have DRL's on mine obviously.

heck...at this point I am also...I check mine in the morning and let you know..too lazy to go downstairs into the garage to find out. If it's the highbeams that are the DRL's I'll be ordering from HIDGATE in the AM as well...but if it's the lowbeams...I won't.
