Question HID's sure are cool...

The HID's I put in my C sure were cool until I started it...
I've done a lot of searching and found out that the flicker I am experiencing is the result of not having a capacitor for my headlights, right?
I thought I also heard something about reversing polarities?? It might be completely unrelated but I thought I'd run it by you guys before digging a deeper hole.

you only need to switch the polarity if the lights don't turn on at all. If they turn on and then go out after about 5 seconds then you might need a cap.
