head light adjustment help

I've had a few people comment that my passenger head light doesn't look the same as the driver side. I thought it was just the little strip on the driver's side light. But they said the passenger side looked dimmer and after looking at it, it does seem to be pointing down more than the driver side. so my question is how do I point the head light back up?
