Programming Fog lights

Hello everyone 3rd question post in less than 1 hour!

I need to get my car programmed at the dealership so that I can get the foglights working on my car, I havent installed anything yet because I know my car will be out of commission at that time. I wanted to know if I would be able to get the people at the dealership to program my car so that it can use foglights before I install them into the car?

Thank you,
Jay

Good question.... I just put my fogs on my base 300 on Sunday and haven't made it to the stealership yet to get them turned on... I am waiting on my next oil change to kill a few birds with one stone! If I get there before you get an anwer I will ask and find out if it can be done....

ah I figured out the answer to my question, it turns out they need to be there so that the starscan tool can recognize and enable the fog lights
