There's a million and one choices to choose from for HIDs
Many on this forum use and ebay vendor named HIDGate. I got mine from Stealth Auto (they were a supporting vendor here) and AAC has really good kits (they are a supporting vendor). AAC also offers 55w HID kits that don't require capacitors, but I think they're only available in 6000k, I could be wrong though.

FlashTech is a supporting vendor here and they have HID's too. I have never bought the HIDs from there though so I do not know how good they are. I did however, buy the LED halos from them and I must say, i couldnt have been happier with the service and the quality.

I'm on my fourth set from HIDGATE and love them. Easily the cheapest pricing and great products.

You'll be happy with your purchase. I have lows and fogs from them - 8000K - and I have been very happy.

Do a search for HIDGate on here and you will find a ton of info for your install. Make sure to get capacitors for your lows. I needed them on my '06, but they were not necessary on my fogs. However, I did have to reverse polarity on my fogs.

Enjoy.
