Below is a DIY tutorial. However, I don't know if it currently applies to your year/model.

Also, please note that only 2008-2009 tail lights will match up to your vehicle. The newer models have the built in 3rd light and the shape of the trunk has been slightly altered.

How-To: "C" Tail Lights on a Base/Touring/Limited (incl. LEDs)

yeah the 08 and 09 models are different when it comes to trunk and taillights but method of rewiring should be the same though
