http://www.hidxenonlights.com/]HID X...Ballasts Hella. I bought a 10000K HID kit from this company and sent me a kit for the Chrysler 300. I have an SRT8 I specified twice that it was an SRT8 which has HID on it already. I should have known for my personal knowing but still they should know what there selling and what you can and cant put in your car and im the consumer there the supplier it doesnt matter what I know about the car they are the supplier. I need just the 10000K bulbs and there charging me an additional $50 and shipping and handling. My question to all you out there have you had this problem through this company???

If I sound mad im sorry im just mad at the moment cause I just got off the phone with them. I'm normally happy and have positive things to say.

So did you try and buy a kit or just the D1S bulb? If it's the latter and they screwed up and sent you a kit you need to call them back and get someone that's higher up than the person you talked to. I'm sure you know you just need the D1S bulb, if they didn't then that's their fault and they need to foot the bill.

They are being A**holes about it and there not going to work with me. Im being charged $50 additional to send them back. I couldnt talk to anyone higher up cause no one was there supposidly.

That's such bull****! Don't buy that for a second. If that's the case tell them to have a higher up call you when they're in.

^ yea thats a ton of shyt they are feeding u. They dont seem to have an address either but due to there phone number, they are located in Central Minnesota, in either of these cities: CRYSTAL, GOLDEN VALLEY, MINNEAPOLIS, RICHFIELD, or ST. LOUIS PARK just in case u wanted to pay them a visit!
