Is it Common for AAC to take a Month to ship out Rear Wings??

Ok a little while ago I was Blasting Stealth Auto for not sending out the CCFl halos I ordered...Now its AAC turn...I ordered the Illuminated Rear wing from Andy on 10/4/09 over the phone and Paid him on the spot..the first few times i called the excuse was that they were waiting for the Plastic to come in, then the last 2 times i spoke to Andy it was that it is going out tommorow...well today is 11/1/09 and still no Wing......and it seams tommorow never comes...when i first called a couple of weeks after i ordered I was speaking with a young woman ( I dont know her name) and i was fustrated so i said that i was just ready to cancel my order, well instead of trying to talk me out of it she was very quick to reply that she would be happy to give me my money back. which is a useless point cause all i have to do it report it to my CC and get my money back anyways...does AAC have so much business that they can turn people away??? has anyone else had this problem with them????

i have never had any problems when it comes to ordering stuff from aac...i will order and i will get what i ordered within a matter of days! pretty fast shipping for me so not sure in your case?

everyone wants halos and lighting products from them so maybe they do have lots of business?? i would assume they do but wouldnt think they turn down customers and give them their money back but who knows...

phone always the best way, most vendors don't sit on the forums or check pm's regular..

personally I have never had an issue with AAC getting back to me, it's usually Tiffanie that does.. however I believe that AAC is at SEMA, which might explain some of the delay, doesn't excuse it, but does explain it.

its not that they are not talking to me, when i call they answer the phone, its just hard to believe that it takes more than a month to get something, now i understand that they are all custom made, but when you talk to then and they keep saying tommorow, tommorow..you start to get the feeling that they are ripping you off..and it seams like no one else has had this problem with them...so i am trying to be patient..but WTF...

I would call and speak to some one else other than Andy. I had nothing but issues with him, he gave me a song and a dance every time I called. The last time I called he gauranteed I will have my part in 2 days max, I said fine but if I don't I going to post on the forum. He said that has fine but it wouldn't come to that. 2 days came and went with no part so I posted on LXF that I was unsatisified and still didn't have my part. I got a phone call from him and he started ripping into me that I posted up after all he has done to help me(what!!!!!!, I was calling for a month and still waiting). Very Professional I thought on his part. I know people have recieved good results talking to Tiffany.
