Are you excited yet?

Well after a couple of people cancelled out last week, I started to worry, then it seemed that it was never gonna stop raining.

In just the past few days I have added five more cars and over a dozen people.

The sun will be shining, the music will be playing and the food will be sizzling.

To date I have 35 confirmed cars and about 80+ people, and about a dozen unconfirmed. I will also have the public there taking pictures.

There will be a trophy for Best In Show, Furthest Traveled and Best ¼ Mile for all registered entries plus gift certificates donated by TBRYNE Motorsports & RockAuto.com.

For all registered cars, you will also receive meal & drink tickets for you and your guests in the Barbeque area.

All registered cars will each received a small souvenir gift (Courtesy of me, I hope you like it).

The car wash down the street from the meet will open around 8:30 am, for all registered cars, the fee will be only $12.00, and they are very good and only use good products, not dishwasher soap here, so you don’t have to worry about your wax job. This includes complete exterior, and light interior cleaning. Print out the below coupon and hand it to the carwash to receive your special pricing.

Saturday’s events start at noon, but it might be a good idea to show up early.
Registered cars will each get a voting ballot, to select Best in Show.

There will also be a 50/50+ raffle, the + is for a custom painted engine cover generously donated by Avon Custom Wheels, and we have a gift certificate for a set of Custom rear section pipes with S.S tips generously donated by Street Legal Tuning (AmbeR/T) also some t-shirts. The proceeds will be going to offset the costs of putting this show together.

Thanks to HHP & Boulevard Dodge Chrysler who generously donated funds to help with costs.

After the barbeque wraps ups, there will be a dinner at 8:00 PM at Baton Rouge in Dollard des Ormeaux. Presently there are no more available spaces, we now have 38 people for dinner.

After dinner most of us will be heading over to Bourbon Street West to close off the night. I have been told that I will receive free entrance tickets for participants and their guest. Also they will reserve parking for us up until the latest 10:30 PM, but I will advise any changes.

Now don’t stay out too late, as we will be racing in the morning at Napierreville. We will be doing time trials in the morning and racing in the afternoon for those that want to race.

We will meet at the Holiday Inn Pointe-Claire at 8:30 AM and hope to leave by 8:45 AM

The cost is $20 race Car & Driver, and $15 spectator. Below is the events happening that day.
