Ok let me start off with this. AWESOME EVENT!!!

Hemeee and Fatchance both of you planned a great M&G! I believe it went off without any major issues but of course I don’t know about anything that may have happen behind the scenes. You had thing every set-up from the sign-in sheets at the front gate to the arm bands to the sign-in sheets at the tables along with the wonderful muffins and freebies for the members. Getting the Ralph G. & Adam F. to this event was just insane!!! They are some great guys. Also the free lunch… fo’getaboutit!!! NICE!!! Can’t forget about getting some good vendors there as well.

Just to let you both know if there is anything that you need me to do for the next event, please let me know and I am there to help!!

To the committee: Tmag, Sweeper6, CBulter32 what can I say but you three had everything laid out and it went smooth all morning with the pre-staging to the parking spots! Also I think that we need to get Chris a radio next time or a megaphone…hold it NO megaphone. I heard him with the SRT side to the Magnum side easy enough. No need for that. LOL. Chris you did a great job getting a ton of SRT8’s to this meet, hats off!! TMAG & Sweeper6 Awesome job for the TON of magnum’s getting there and handling the convoy updates and car count! I will thank each of you at the Friday night hangout with a LARGE chicken quesadilla, LOL!

To the volunteers: Too many names to list but I believe we all did a fantastic job helping out with everything that they needed us to do!!! Give yourself a pat on the backs!!!

To all the members that showed up from all over the U.S., Canada and Mexico, without you this event would have not been held. It is people like you that make events like this happen. I know that the “O” people and the “C” people get a ton of credit for this and trust me they should get it but please don’t forget that you the MEMBERS are make it happen!

I meet some great people and missed a few people also. I am very sorry about the people I missed but you may have seen me walking around with my Chargers Jersey on with the #6 on it with my member name on the back. I don’t like the S.D. Charger but I own a 2006 Charger so I bought a jersey. I hope that makes sense.

Freebird… AWESOME BEER!!! Thanks so much. Also I LOVE THOSE WHEELS!!! Let me know of the website once it comes up.

Mr.& Mrs. Scarbrs… I was very pleased that you flew out just for Chocodials!!! LOL I am glad that you are hooked on them now. Just a hint for you, you can buy them on line now.

Arfur… You lymee (however you spell it) bastard! You are one truly great guy. One thing though. I didn’t get your address. I need to send you some of our wonderful COLD TEA!

Ozzie guy… Wonderful seeing you and your sweetheart there. I am sorry that we didn’t a chance to hang out and chat but I promise to make it up to you.

Mnunes, K_O_P & the others, I will see you on the first Friday at the normal hangout!!!

I know that I missed a ton of you but promise to make more meets and introduce myself to all.

I know that this is kinda long but I just had to get it out there!

The Spring Fling (Mega Meet) was just unbelievable. We didn’t have an event we had a weekend. Starting with picking up vvv90 at the airport till I left the bbq on Sunday. I had just an incredible time with the members that came to the event.

We had the car wash at Made Autosports where we washed about 30+ cars and had a mini meet. Alex (whatsurdream) bbq and had drinks for the members. The double Tree and the Homestead Suites were great host to our members. All the members had something to do all the time.

To all the volunteers who helped, to everyone who made the event and to the people who made this possible, THANK YOU. We had the hottest cars in the country there. From the minute you rolled in with the DUB cars and Nokturnal Car Club cars, to the row of featured cars as you drove by before parking and to Universal Air and their cars.

A Special Thanks to Foothill Ranch Dodge – Jeep – Chrysler for Tulsa Rib Company to provide great food for us. Paul (prwfleet) definitely took care of us.To DCX Irvine, Ca to hosting the event and allowing them to us their home to make an incredible day.

As for Ralph Gilles, Adam Forte, Scott, and B.J at DCX words can not express how great these guys are. They are true enthusiast and their passion for cars is very clear. For those who were not there or did not know, but Ralph, Adam and Scott went to Crystal Cove car show at 6:30am Saturday with a few of the members and were at the event at 10:30. They walked the show for a couple of hours before any one knew they were there. They also were one of the last people to leave the event. Ralph even gave us a run down of his race car and started it for us. We were truly privileged to have them there.

What a great time. I didn't get to come up on Friday and I was only able to visit with a few of you, but it was still fun.
Now I have to go out and get some more mods done. Damn you GSM.

Here are some photos my sister took of the Spring Fling.

The San Diego Caravan at Telegraph and the 805 started with 12 cars.

The caravan as they turned into DCX now at 16 cars

This is my sisters car

fatchance,
Your sis caught some great photo ops. The long line of lx cars at that signal light sort of takes my breath away. Thanks for sharing!
