Ok, here's the scoop... While we're still waiting on Josh / HHP to tell us if and when they'll be sponsoring a Fall E-Town event, many of you have an expressed an interest in "doing our own thing" at E-Town on Oct 7. This will be a one day, no frills get-together. I'm going to be looking in to the possibility of getting group rates on hotel rooms in the area.

UPDATE: MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS ASAP! Get the details on the LX GROUP RATE at the DAYS INN (formerly the Ramada we all know and love), thanks to the efforts of our friend Big Bob!

ANOTHER IMPORTANT UPDATE: Raceway Park's "Late Model Mopar Muscle" listing for 10/7 is ONLY A HALF DAY EVENT FROM 4PM - 8PM!

So kindly add your name to the list if you'll attend, and indicate if you're interested in a hotel stay on Friday or Saturday night, or both.

BTW, Racing for Lat Model Mopar (LX Vehicles) start at 4PM.
Noon to 4PM is for Corvettes and If you come earlier than 4, your going to have to pay twice.

As of right now, this is where all the members will be meeting up.

Since the race track will not allow us to enter the track until 4pm, we've decided to have a meeting place where we can meet eachother and talk before we goto the track.

We will be meeting up at the Cheesequake State Park at Noon.

So far, here is how the Itinerary will go.

For members that are staying overnight:
Wake up and have breakfast, take a number 2 and shower, wash there car and what not until about 11:30 and head down to the park.

Members not staying at a hotel, leave at a reasonable time to be at the park at 12PM.

From 12pm to 3:00, we will all meet up and BS some more and eat and talk and all that good stuff.

at about 3:30, we will Convoy down to E-Town (About 15 min away)

4PM to 8PM racing begins.

If I have any other info, I will let you know and if you have any questions, let me know.

You know Big Bob I just mite put a poster up at my dealers for the other LX car owners to come join the 300Cforum. I know there is a lot of them around hear maybe we could get more to come to a M&G.

Hey, I had a GREAT time! I met a lot of you guys & had a blast!
My last & best run was 13.028 @ 109mph which was very nice.
I look forward to the next get-together.

Thanks Bill, nice to meet you and great racing, glad you and Brian came down and join in on the fun. Great car!.......BTW.... I was 2nd runner up at the track, 3rd's not bad with all of those cars, maybe 70
