Reason: update
3/22 - The Adjusted Lists are printed - No further changes can be made
3/18 -The list is finalized and is in alphabetical order -
IF YOU REGISTERED DOUBLE-CHECK TO MAKE CERTAIN YOU ARE ON IT!! The system records IP addresses to prevent duplicates. A new list was presented for each edit.
We found that a few members tried to register for someone else and, by doing so, eliminated their own registration!
In addition, there were some duplicates (same username) from separate IP addresses, duplicates were also eliminated. I have the previous lists - If you registered before the deadline but are NOT on the list, please contact HEMEEE by 3/21!
NOTE:
We have received many PM's asking to be added to the list after the 3/16 deadline, too many to answer individually while trying to finalize the next phase of plans.
We're sorry, but that won't be possible at this late date. Registration forms had to be entered through the automated system so that everyone who needed specific counts and details could access them by a reasonable time. Cut-off dates are necessary so that all involved can move our time and energy from the planning stages to the final implementation stages of the operation.
-Thanks for understanding!
FINAL Total: 340 Adjusted to 343 (not including vendors and display vehicles!!)
I am glad to hear that every thing is a go. We are packing are bags and getting ready. Cal. hear we come leaving on the 17th. See you all soon in Irvine.

Thanks to HEMEEE and fatchance for their organization and hard work in making this happen.
Another fine example of the LX community at it's best.
