One of the highlights of the SF for myself, and my husband Ken was hanging with Big Bob and his wonderful wife, over drinks on Friday night.
Bob, you and your awesome wife must come stay with us if you are ever in South Florida. You are Kens new hero.
You know we obviously are on the boards, because we want to sell a product, but I was blown away as was Dan and Ken by the people that we met at the SF.
People went out of the way to offer to do anything for us. I have said it in private to those close to me, but I will say it here for everyone to read; this has trancended a business sitaution for me, and I think I can speak for Dan, also, in that we have developed real and strong friendships, and bonds with so many of you all thru out the forum boards. The quality of people, it leaves me without words really. I admire, respect, and care deeply for many of you all here.
I really want to thank Hemiwagn and his awesome wife for taking Ken and I out to the track yesterday. What an awesome couple these folks are. Ken and I enjoyed our time with you guys so much, and Dan, Ken and I had a blast getting the thrill ride on the autocross course in Gregs awesome SRT Maggie. THAT was the best part of the trip at least for me getting to experience what that felt like.
It was a weekend to never forget, and I actually feel depressed that its over. I belive someone posted a while back that you would feel an empty place when it was over, and boy do I know how that feels right now.
