I'm all the way over on the west side of WV, so it's not easy for us to consider the NoVA meets, or places in MD either also though we pass through the pan handle area on occassion.

Some suggestions

How about developing more ideas around these:
1. Maryland/DC/Virginia/West Virginia folks, though anyone else is free to come
2. Saturday: Aug 26, Sept 9 or 16 (some folks go to Church on Sun)
3. West: Summit Point, Berkeley Springs, or Harpers Ferry WV
East: Annapolis, MD
4. Agenda
- Meet at 11AM, will limit the venue to a parking place that will have some shade for the M&G. name badges, yeah corny huh, each one with his forum name on top and first name under? Pictures
- Proceed to Lunch at 12- I hear Hilltop Hotel near Harpers Ferry has a good buffet for example
If we decide on Summit Point, obviously it may have to be a different schedule including lunch.
- After lunch, informal talk, introductions, lessons, pitches, whatever for a couple of hours. No tuning, at least not this time, no racing, though we can talk about an HPDE at Summit Point sometime. More pictures.
- 4PM - off to local touring/shopping and go separate ways

USGAOne, Ken, can you guys with more "Hemi cred" post over at lxforum? A big parking place is ideal, nice lunch is important too.
