Service till Midnight

I received a mailer from the dealer saying their service hours are now extended till midnight. I believe this is until sometime October. They shoulda started this earlier in the summer. Anyway, this is good for folks like me who can't leave work before 7. I love America!

Service open til midnight!!! That is unheard of….I’m impressed. I would be afraid though of the overly tired mechanic at say 11:00 PM working on a complex problem……I would tell him just put it away and save it for tomorrow when you’re nice and fresh.

Chrysler has been trying to push dealers into extended service hours for years. Most of us have been fighting them, some have tried it and found it not worthwhile, too few customers show up. I know I wont be working any extended hours, 60 is enough for me allready.

My dealer has been doing this for a while now. Service and parts are both open until midnight. It makes it much more accessible, especially for people like me who work two hours away from where they live...

Ken, sorry I haven't checked 300CForums lately. Working long hours. It's FairOaks in Chantilly, they sent out an email last week.

you need to move to VA. I work 18 mins away from home. Of course it makes it tempting to stay longer at work cause home's so close

Ugh. My friends there huh? I have a big issue with them right now, regarding the rotor TSB.... good to know though about the xtended hours- they closed thier sister store in FX, and have a huge number of techs now which is prob why they are rotating and doing late hours.

Bought a couple of minivans from them. They, unfortunately, couldn't match the price I got from Darcars. I'm not crazy about their service dept at Darcars.
