Thanks For Your Support!

I want to send out a big thank you to all who put the cruise on hold and stood by me and whiskey after the nasty Jeep SRT-8 crash last Saturday! I felt very lucky to have such a nice group of people, most of whom I just met, to stand around and check on me and the status of my vehicle.

The vehicle has been moved from Ralph's Dodge to a local repair facility in Stafford and it is said to be finished by the second week in May! I can't wait to get it back!!

I look forward to meeting up with you all soon and, again, a BIG THANKS!!!

Welcome to the forum!
I wasn't there, but if I was I'd have the same concern as the members that were. Great bunch of people here! Sorry to hear of your accident, but at least you were alright! And although a vehicle is replaceable, I'm glad to here that your ride was saved. Be safe.

I'm just so glad that you came out of that without any injuries. I was behind you when the incident happened. As I said to you that day, "Just give your thanks to God" for letting you walk away from that injury free.

Sorry to hear of this accident. Was there a post about it I may have missed? Glad everyone was ok. There are loads of great people that hang in these forums and I know they’d be willing to stop whatever to assist someone in need. Good luck on the repairs to your vehicle.

Hi Mrs. Whiskey! I'm sorry our fun drive was less enjoyable for you because of the accident.
Anyway, hope to see more of the Custom Chargers and maybe we can return the "favor" and meet up with you folks down Richmond and VA Beach way. - Rick

Oops I just realized you're from Stafford - hope to see you then on May 5 for this show

It was after we met up with the Custom Chargers coming from Richmond on the way to Ralph's Dodge. It happened right in front of a fire department annual picnic/fundraising drive. An ambulance pulled out of its driveway right in the middle of our pack. Thankfully Mrs. W was all right, though her Jeep GC SRT8's front was damaged.
