Culvers Libertyville show 9/11/05

Well I got there about 10:45. Vanillart (Craig) is already there and has his hood up. Dam I have to compete against him too. We sent up and take cover in the shade. After a few min Craig and I get moving looking around at the other cars. Not many cars showed up about 20 or so. Were standing there and a black Charger pull up next to me. We turn for a second and the driver is gone. Oh well we start tearing into his mods Ohhing and awwing. Finally A clean-cut young man walks up to us. Mad Jeff had made it out. Good to see you came. So the 3 of us ohhed and awwed over the LXes and the other cars for the rest of the day. About 2 Jeff takes off making a big noise. GOOD WORK my man! Trophy time 3pm Of course the most cars at the show are in our class. 2000 and up stock who would have guessed right. Any way No LXes got a trophy this day. I did talk to the Judge and got some good tips on what to make my car a better shower thou so it wasn't a wasted day. The Second place car thou shouldn't have been in out class it was a Highly Moded Import that had it own class. Craig you should have got the one. Yes Craig’s Charger was 3rd but they only did trophies for 1st and 2nd. Oh well their other shows. I don’t do this for the trophies thou i just like hanging out and talking cars. The trophies are just Icing.
