We had a great time at this. After Damon got his wheels on we hung out at my house till we had to leave for Gary's. We would have been gone earlier but the wife(for a change) was running late. I had already called Craig to meet us in Schaumburg at 4:45 so we were runnung late from the start. Any way once in Schaumburg Damon with Nav got us lost in the parking lot. Note to all don't let Damon lead out of parking lots. He made up for it thou by getting us to Gary's safe. Gary drooled over the cars pretty good, we did some business, then Gary said we better hit it if we want to park at the Cruise. It was about 5 min away and people stared at us pullin in. It was Gary in his Turbo PT,me in Black Cherri, Damon in Silver Ghost and Craig with his CV Charger.
We found spots in the back and backed in and popped the hoods. Damons Engine shroud was the hit(it always is) he set it up and we wondered off to look at all the cool cars. The cruise is put on by Northern IL Voodoo Kings Car club. They're a group of Rat rodders and it runs till the first weekend in Nov. or till snow flies. They have a great group of guys with nice cars. The place was packed and the resturatnt was full. Craig and Tina waited 15min just to get a pop. Amy, my wife, walked around the block and found an Italian Resturant so we all headed over there sans Gary. ( He had things to do)
Sergio's Italian Resturant in Itasca is a good place if your out that way.
We all had ( I assume) a good time at dinner and by the time we got done it was dark out. We got back and walked the lot again cause alot of more cars had come in. We meet a Maggie owner there and introduced him to the forums. about this time the Fire show started. I tried to take a couple pics but there was a big crowed. I dont know what they were tring to do and i dont understand it but in know it was cool. Damon was getting sick from the gas smell and it was late so we called it a night at 930ish. Besides it was an hr ride home for most of us.
I hope to see some more of you next time we got something going.

Here a couple pics. I didnt get any of our cars but you will see them in other threads.
