Its a nice park but i dont think we need to go that exrta bit just for a few hrs.
If the weather is as good as last time and the park is big enough we should be fine. Besides I think this Curise might be the highlite of the trip am i right.

WOW the wife has the ultra Rare Green TB.

See I was starting to think the same thing, maybe I can go to the great river road and find a decent park to setup a picnic.

Guys,

This idea is now almost 2 weeks old and nothing more has happened with it. Has it just died on the vine or are you out driving the trail looking for a place to have the picnic? It still sounds like a great idea to run with.

Keep us all posted,

Mike

Sorry guys I have been slacking, however my wife and I did drive this the other night. I personally didnt find any parks along the river road, however we can take a ferry accross the river and there are a couple over there. We could also find a decent bar and grill along the river road once we are in the city limits of Graffton(sp?). I am not sure how many people would be willing to take the ferry, and I do not know the prices but would be more than happy to find out if enough people show interest in the idea. There are some parks in St.louiss and the surronding area that we could bbq then go on the cruise, I am open for suggestions. So lets hear what everyone wants to do.

Does everyone want to bbq, or would you like to eat at a nice bar and grill? There is one in graffton me and my wife were going to eat at that sits over the river, I am not sure on prices we are going to go eat there when we get a chance. Also you can rent boats, jet ski's, and other stuff from local shops.

Sunday will probably work best for most people. It always seems that Saturday is full of ball games, shoping or whatever. I'm sure you understand what I mean when you think about it. My vote would be for a Sunday meet.

Keep us posted,

Mike
