If I had a C I would participate in all these things but rollin wit a bunch of C's to a raceway I'd look stupid. Any DUB type of events or things with out racing, I'm in. So u know Eric.

Ok Linda Stuck this for us so we can't miss it.

He's all i got so far.
I put in a call and e-mail to the promoter asking about year limits and group parking. Mike has said he thinks there isnt a year limit and i belive him he's been there a few time and says it's a very cool show. If there is no group parking or we can't get some kind of spaces toghter( i know that's what group parking is) I think maybe some kind of thing like our last 2 meets at a park close to the event and then cruise over there. Also i'm going to be going for the weekend so maybe we could look into a hotel group thing.
More as i get it.

More already.
On the site they have a list of area hotels. Im liking the Rt 66 hotel and Confeance center. There already haveing a spiecal rate for the show at 66 a night. I called and they were NOT yet booked. There site is very well done and even has live camera tours.

I just got off the phone with the promoter of this show Lynn and we’re good.

She said there is NO year limit and as for getting groups together that's not a problem either. She recommends that we group together before we get there and they will do there best to give clubs groupings.

I also asked about registration she said to just register on-line.

We also talked about Hotels. She said that the Hilton and the Renaissance are both right downtown and you could leave your car there. I'm looking at the web site now and the prices listed range from 79 to 99 a night.

I was looking at staying at the Rt. 66 Hotel and conference center. They’re having a 66$ a night rate for the weekend. Its' not right downtown but Lynn said it is really nice plus they're a sponsor of the Fest. I know it's not the cheapest on the list but I think for the nostalgic factor this is nice. Plus there is a place called Cozy drive-in next door home of the first Corn dog there will be lots of cars coming by.

OH yea she says that registration is moving along good and she expects over 600 cars this year.
