Speed Cameras Proposed in Illinois
A bill sponsored by State Senator Terry Link and State Representative Joe Lyons will be up for a vote shortly. This is not the first time a bill like this was introduced. I’m told that it has a much better chance to pass this time.

I realize that political debate is verboten here but that’s not what I’m trying to create. What I propose is that if you feel strongly about this issue now is the time to let your State Senator and State Representative know. I realize many folks are not sure who their elected officials are so I included this link

Enter your address on the “By Address” tab and it will give you all of your elected representatives. Today I sent e mails to my State Senator, my State Rep, Terry Link and Joe Lyons.
