Mopar has not put together a power package for the 6.1L's. Really, the only thing that has been released that could work on a factory 6.1 would be the CNC heads. These heads have a larger intake valve than the stock heads, and the ports are opened up some. I am working on getting some flow numbers of these heads, and any further information. We have heard that these heads may not work with larger cams and the factory pistons. If you plan on using a larger camshaft, with these heads, please check piston to valve clearance, you may need notched pistons.
Jeff, quick question, have you did the 6.1 cam to 5.7L yet? or know someone that did? what whp should we expect by doing this? I just might give my 6.1 cam to my wify's 5.7..
