The part number is 4806207AA and lists for $24.20, we can sell it for $15.95.

If it's not too much trouble, how about the door badging? (Or something similar/smaller) I'd like to mount one on a custom humidor I'm considering crafting for the center console... ala Crossfire, but nicer!

I did some checking on this for you. The only side logo's are part of the front fender side moldings, not available seperately. I searched all over, but could not find any smaller versions of the logo that is available at this time.
