We’ve solved that problem as it is tapped to accept a standard 1/8” NPT water temperature sending unit. For late model applications this allows you to easily install a water temp gauge on any LX based vehicle (including the Challenger), Jeep or Ram Truck. For engine swaps, this makes your water temp gauge install a breeze. If you don’t want a gauge right now, we’ve included a socket head plug which gives you the flexibility to add it down the road.
