Welcome from New York

My dad and I went halves on my first NEW car after I graduated from college.

It was a brand spanking new 1969 Dodge Dart GTS 340. My half cost me $ 1,600.00 (A long time ago, far far away)

Good luck. Everything is relative.

You'll see plenty of mod ideas here. And this is a big family

Hmm,my Dad watched me cut grass, wash cars, deliver newspapers for 3 years to get enough
to buy my first vehicle; '34 Ford pick-up truck,'59 Corvette engine,4 speed-$720.00
( neighbor ran a junk yard,I got parts for cost, the truck was built mostly by him, I was just a
dumb kid-trying to learn ). The truck was painted Bright Chinese Red w/black & gold flames.
Many great memories in that truck. Livin' wa easy "back then "..lol

Welcome to the family! Hope your stay here is satisfactory and helpful.
Instead of testing for sharks in the tub by putting a rubber ducky in, use the search function at the top of the screen and you'll find whatever you need.
And pleeeaaase do not ask an oil related question, just search for it.

Hope its a long and fruitful stay. Many walks of life represented here, from public figures, corporate execs, celebrities, everyday people, soldiers (ahem) all with a love of your car. Welcome aboard!!!

Just to elaborate on dear CUEBALL's search comment, it is good, but it is NOT perfect and you may not find eveything you need. If you don't find something, please do NOT hesitate to ask... that's what we're here for!
