Thank you.
I guess that my 1st question would be about the DVD player. Being as how the car is not mine, I want to read the operators manual on how to run the sound and what not about it...is there a place online that has something like this?
Nice car btw...

Welcome to the forums, Justin! I'm sure you will find most of us very passionate about our vehicles. Your parents are probably having a blast with their new 300c and would also benefit from joining this forum like you!

Regarding the audio system, studying your owner's manual is a good start. You can also go to the Car Audio/Alarms/Navigational Forum and do a "search" for specific information. If you don't find what you are seeking, then feel free to post a new thread in that forum. There are lots of 'experts' in all the various forums. Believe me, I have learned so much and am very thankful to all those who have responded or from just reading other posts/answers. Good luck in your quest!

Welcome Davey! Enjoy the board, great info and great people...

When I saw the plates on your folks car I took a quick trip down memory lane. I was in Grand Island in 2000 for a sidetrip when I was a participant in Americruise 2000, a street rod event, sponsored by Rod & Custom Magazine, in which groups of cars leave from different points around the country and caravan to a final destination for a huge car show. At each stop along the route, more cars join in the groups and it's quite a sight to see! That is the 3rd time I've done this and that year the show was in Lincoln, Nebraska. We had 9 members' cars from our street rod club traveling with us and one of them has an uncle that lives in an old Victorian farmhouse ouside of Grand Island and we stopped to spend the day on the farm... made for some great pictures.

I couldn't remember when it was that we had done that trip so I did a net search a few minutes ago, out of curiousity, and found someone's Ford Falcon blog listing Americruise. Amazingly, in scanning through it, I came across this pic they had taken of 3 of our group on the side of the road in Cheyenne, Wyoming! Small world... The yellow '35 is mine, license plate says "NO LEMUN"

And now I've taken a sidetrip in your thread too!
Sorry for the hijack, but really, thanks for bringing back some fun memories! I hope you'll have lots of fun here

Justin, welcome to the site, and to the family. I think that you will find a wealth of information here; that has already been said. I've been able to find answers to almost anything here.
