The WORLD is NOT your ashtray dude! Jesus. If you feel the need to smoke and slowly kill yourself - great. But you should have to keep the waste in your car with YOU. You don't want to dirty up your whip with the "mess", but it's just fine to trash the roads with it?!?!

Just slingin' it all around the outside of your car, whenever you get the urge is simply RUDE and littering. Not to mention - dangerous.

Plastic isn't a bad idea but I see a problem with it since any dirty water on your shoes will run off and soil the carpet instead....Personally I'd rather my floor mats soak it in and get dirty instead of the carpet since they can be replaced. It's not like you live in a snowy/slushy climate so it's not as big of a deal for you but I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Again, Welcome and congrats!
click on pic it dose the job it gets pretty muddy here and dose snow but i put towels over them with bad weather just presurves them longer and look good

I can think of worse things to have an anuerism over. Some folks would say you're treating the world like a "dump/ashtray" for driving a large emissions producing V8.

Hey 2 NASTY, we've already said "hello" via PM, but I'm still catching up on posts after having been out of town for 4 days last week. Since this is the official "Welcome Wagon" forum, I apologize that you kinda got jumped... and yes, you handled it well!! Do a search of "fire update pics" for my personal experience of the side topic... it may change your mind

Enjoy the forums!

Woodland closed two years ago, don't know why, but not for lack of business. Giessen had closed down in the mid 90's, but reopened when 16th Engr Bn and 2-3 FA moved from friedberg. Been here over 4 years, love Germany. Did 3 years in Hanau in the late 80's. Good luck on your ride.
