Waiting....

My 300C CRD is due on 30th March. Grey, sat nav, Boston, Startech front spoiler, towbar.....anticipation is killing me.....

I'm one of the few who prefers standard grille, any comments?

Love to chat with other CRD drivers.

Hi Bill i have had my 300CRD for a 500 miles now and it is stunning very quick, smooth, silent running, and everybody in the UK thinks it's a Bentley well who am i to argue!!!.
You will love it .
P.s I prefer the startec Bentley Grille but each to his own
here is a picture of mine.

I'm with ya on the stock grill... becoming rarer than all those other custom (but now everywhere) grills.

Hi Bill300C

welcome to the forums.

Another Brit, mores the merrier. I think that there are a few Scots amongst us as well, so pull up a chair and order a drink (it's your round by the way, thank you for asking, I'll have a Macallan no ice). Cheers.

I think that the standard Grill looks great. I went with a mesh grill because I wanted my car to look different from everyone elses - but now everyone goes for a mesh grill and it's you that will be different.

From your list of mods, you are having something fitted that I have not come across so far - a tow bar. In all of the pictures (and theres lots of them) I've never seen a piccie of a 300C towing something. You Mr Bill300c are a ground breaker - can we have some piccies please ??

I notice from you details that you are from Aberdeen ? are there many 300C's on the road around you. I'm in the Lake District and I STILL haven't seen another whilst I'm out travelling.

We've got our own section further down the forum , if you get the chance pop in and I'll get you a beer.

Thanks for the Macallan.

MTC

p.s. I'll get the beer, you bring the Jaffa Cakes

Hi there Bill...

Welcome to the forum and at long last.... great to see another owner who is not another brilliant black crystal pearlcoat tinted 'bling' merchant and
who has opted for the tasteful mineral grey (got to say that 'cos my mineral grey arrives 12th April!)

Looking forward to hearing about your first ownership impressions.

Geordie
Sacre Bleu Geordie, what is this foul slander that you speak of in the car colouring department.

My car blends with the night whereas your car blends in with the err, emmm, hang on a moment, ok i've got it - Lake District sky.
