Newbie

Wuts up guys!

I am thinking about buying a 300C in Silver Steel Metallic. I have an 02 Escalade that I am gonna trade in. I thought about going 2007 Escalade, but thought I would take a look at the 300C and I fell in love with it. When I get one, I want to put some 22's on it and change the grille out for the mesh style one, and tint the windows. Not sure about what else I will do to it. Maybe an exhaust and intake. I dont really know too much about what else people do to them.

Anyways, anyone on here go from an Escalade to the 300c? Are you happy? Do you wish you didn't?

Hopefully I will be involved on here a lot more, we will see.

Welcome to the forums. I think your plan for trading a caddy for a 300C sounds perfect. The color you have in mind is perfect. This place has tons of information on the various mods you are interested in so have a look around. Here is a member that got rid of an escalade for a 300c. You know what you have to do........so do it!!!

This member may not have traded specifically for a C....but you get the idea.

Thanks for the welcome guys. That Escalade looks familiar, I wonder if he was on the Caddy forums.

I dont even know if I should look at the SRT-8, I know my payments will be more (but Im more worried about insurance on it) but I dont know if I could stop myself after I test drive it. The 300C had some serious power, I cant even imagine the SRT-8.

Anyways, heres a pic of my current Baby, her name is Tiffany.

Tiffany is a beautiful Caddy. Go test drive a Dark Side Chariot (SRT) first and Tiffany won't look so, well, like Tiffany, lol. You will have found a new love, that is the DARK SIDE. If you think the C has power, go try on an SRT for size and get back to me.....

I feel your pain Spittin Game. I ordered my SRT, no test drive needed.

I am so far gone now, into the Dark Side. I can't even imagine 1 SRT-8 anymore.

I now have 2.

Welcome to the forums, Spittin Game! Youv'e come to the right place where we will definitely tell you to purchase the 300, especially since you can now buy one with the Chrysler Employee Discount. Sorry if I'm not making your decision any easier but most of us here are going to say go for it. Hope you got a chance to read the link provided by danno.

Man you guys all seem so cool over here.

Im so tempted to just test drive the SRT8 and freebird you arent helping me at all!

I just know I would get into trouble with it, so Im trying my hardest to stay with the 300C. I think I will be ok, I just better not hear one or see one go blowing past me as Im making the final decision.

Come to the Dark Side, you know you want to.....come on....one foot in front of the other. Good. Now walk towards your nearest Chrysler dealer. Tell them Freebird sent you for an SRT.

I'll make sure I blow by Tiffany's doors doing Mach 2......
