Need some help
car 06 cool vanilla chrysler hemi c just added DUB cold air intake, will be putting new wheels and tires tue or thur Yokohama Parada spec-x 255/45/20 front and rears wheels are just a knockout HELO hE357 f3 looks like a mercedes 3 spoke w/rivets and a20mm offset chrome / added chrome pillar posts/e&g bentley grille/I want to up-grade exhaust this week with either the blastin bobs 7db or 9db resonator delete kit. Like the sound of both from the sound clips 7db is not thoaty at start-up like the 9d 7db at take off sounds good but 9db sounds better at start but didn't hear the take off Heres my question is the 9db and the dub going to drone inside the car Ijust want the call to sound good outside not inside had a rare 99 guards red svt cobra tan conv with roll bar tonu covers for back seats and it had many updates and sounded bad of the bad but my c is not the same. so any thoughts I'm not looking at the hp, although this car moves quite well as my 120 mh ticket at 1 am in the morning coming fron a detroit/dallas hockey game proved a sad thing as I didn't have my expensive passport radar up and running made wrong turn off in cleaburne hick texas DAN1219

Welcome to the forum dano1219!!! From what I can tell, you're around the Dallas area. Yes, Cleburne (sp?) is notorious for being a speed trap. Sorry you got nabbed doing 120 mph @ 1 a.m.

As for exhaust, I believe Corsa is the only proven "no drone" exhaust setup for the 300C - this is b/c of the MDS kicking in. If I'm wrong, someone will surely correct me

Make sure you post plenty of pics of the new wheels when you get them mounted.

Make sure you check out the DFWLX club that is just now forming.

p.s. A little punctuation never hurt anybody. hehe just givin' ya hard time!

Welcome from our LXs in the Ohio River hills of West Virginia! Can't tell ya anything about drone because my exhaust is all stock. But IF/WHEN I change on the MSRT8 it will be Corsa.

Welcome to the Forum!! You're best bet is going to be the Corsa Exhaust. That's what I'm saving up for as my next mod. Everything else will give you drone.

Welcome to the forums dano1219. As for the drone here is a report from Mr. Incredible about that. You may want to consider the Corsa as others have suggested. Many good reports on this system. Good luck and post some pics when you get a chance.

the dreaded DRONE
