New very happy crd owner

Hi all
Got hold of my 300c CRD a week ago and still havent stopped smiling. I have a Shogun (bought to tow my 8x5 Ifor trailer with a golf cart in it) but was getting really cheesed off with driving a Massey Ferguson when not towing. So was looking for a really smart car which could tow 2 to 3 times a week.
I know after reading the forum posts everybody smiles when driving one.
I got mine from a dealer in Glasgow it is a bright silver diesel ex demo with 4k on the clock, being an ex demo it has the lux pack window tints, bentley grille removable towbar, bluetooth (nokia)
It actually tows my trailer better than the shogun 60mph at 1500 revs compared to shogun 2000 revs, no sway no following ruts in the road (M8)
The power is amazing, but you have to be careful round here because it stands out so much that if the cops clock you they will watch out for you,
Had a 3.0 litre v6 Honda Accord Coupe with a private V6 ACC plate on it and the amount of times I got stopped saying they know my car and my plate and too watch out.
Thanks
Stig

Congratulations To A Fellow Brit

Hi and congratulations to a fellow countryman, i am in lancashire, i have just bought a 300c crd tourer but i can only have it in 3 weeks when the money clears, ( high intrest account ) mine has the lux pack, startech grill, rear dvd, 22" alloys and it has the chrysler chip, they are an awsome car, this site looks like a mine of info, heres a pic of mine, it has to have my private plate transfered on to it yet, i am considering a centre wood dash like the bentley as they do one in matching wood, good luck with the car.

Nice car Rangrov

Hi Rangrov very nice car, does it not already have the 'sort of wood ' dash and steering wheel in it (coming with the lux pack, including sunroof) . See those big wheels do they have low profile tyres or can you get them with normal ones?
You will love this car as it is a real head turner and the power is really awesome, quiet and luxurious too and as many toys as a person could want.
cheers
Stig

Hi stig, being the lux pack it has the stearing wheel gear selector and door handles all in wallnut wood, thats why i was thinking of doing just the centre console to match it, yea its got the sunroof as well, the wheels are 22", tyres pirelli scorpions 265 x 35 x 22, they look awsome, ive ordered the small white front side indicators from the states, with stealth bulbs and stealth bulbs for the indicators in the headlights, so there will be no egg yolk lights at the front.
