Go to "userCP" and click "edit options" then enable PM

There's new policy around here that you need a minimum of 10 posts (you have that) and you must be a member for 10 days as well. This is due to a bunch of d!ckheads. Once both those critera have been met I'm not sure if PM ability is automatic or not though.

If it's not automatic, click on "User CP", look on the left and click on "Edit Options" then put a check in the box for "Enable Private Messaging". After that's done, scroll to the bottom and click on "Save Changes".

As to the number of days registered and posts required, that's my best recollection, but I think I'm right. If I am right you should be good to go on both counts cuz you joined 07-25-2007, and that's over 10 days.
