Seems i can't send PM or receive PM. Why is that? Is a problem with my account?

You may need to go into UserCP and modify your account now.

Either that or log out and log back in. See how you go.

I've checked in options and nothing about pm!!! Do you need to manual enable my PM or the system automatic enables it when I reach 10? If is automatic, seems didn't work for me

Go back to your UserCP, look on the left for Edit Options, scroll down a little and put a check in the Enable Private Messaging. After that, scroll all the way down and click Save.
