New SRT8 Owner Form LI, NY

Hi All,

Just purchased a new black pearl fully loaded 2007 SRT8 on 10/26/07 in North Carolina and drove it up the same day. Sure was a sweet ride!

My first love was a black on black 1972 340 Plymouth Duster, but I have to tell you all that the 300C SRT8 is one incredible rocket ship.

I've be reading through your posts and find that you folks seem to be a fine family of 300C owners with a lot of great information.

Looking forward to chating with you in the near future!

Welcome to the forums, pjd. We sure are seeing an influx of new members with SRTs! Congratulations on your great purchase, even if you had to purchase it out of state. There are several members here who have meet & greets in your area so make sure to check out the North East forms as well.

Hi pjdsrt8, Welcome to the forum. We are pretty international on this site so this welcome comes to your from Scotland. Over here most of our 300C's are diesel powered using a 3 litre Mercedes engine - still go like stink though!!
Cheers John

Thanks to all for the warm reception.

I do have a question and have read some posts regarding vibration issues. While driving back from NC I noticed a vibration at around 80 mph. I felt this sensation in the steering wheel and in the seat of my pants. Some have stated that there was a TSB on this issue and have mentioned alignments and road force balancing to address this issue.

I've looked for a TSB which addresses this problem which many members have experienced, but have not found anything as I'm considering bringing my car to a dealership to resolve this issue. And yes I am running GY all weather tires from the factory. (Hmmmmmm)

Has anyone found a the actual TSB on this issue? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards to All........PJD

PS. By the WANTIT, I live in Commack...how about you?
