Leasing a AWD Limited. Need advice!!!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and looking to lease a 300. I'm looking at leasing a Limited AWD with the 27L package and the My Gig. The final price came to $33,500. The dealer just called me and said the monthly payments are $592 a month with the residual of 48%. The term is 39 months with 15,000 miles.

The payments seem high due to the fact that I'm leasing a 05 altima for $32450 at 450 a month and a 07 Tahoe for $44,000 at $596 a month.

Does the $592 seem a little much to you all for a car valued at $33, 500.

YES! Don't do it! There are members with SRTs who are paying far less than this per month.
kc,
Did you not read the responses other experienced members made in your other thread? Not one person is in agreement of this lease including me.

We can all identify with your excitement of just having to have one of these vehicles but the time just isn't right for you. You are going to be buried with 3 lease payments and then own nothing when the lease ends. That's a huge chunk of money that could be spent much more efficiently.

Please know that I'm not trying to pry into your life but it appears you have chosen the lease routes because of not having/needing as much money for a down payment vs. when you are buying a vehicle. $1638.00 per month for 3 leases would be outrageous unless you have some type of cash cow around. That's more than my house payment!

You most likely have a high debt-ratio with your personal finances and that is contributing to the high payments and overall cost of the 300 2.7. Don't let a salesperson excite or pressure you into this so-called deal. Believe me, whoever finances your vehicles will have no problem repossessing whatever vehicle you miss a payment or two on.

Please think this over again. It's far better to live within your means than to be indebited to all kinds of credit/finance companies.

Well wishes to you........
