Hi Hollyw$$d,
First off welcome to the forum from Scotland. If you are coming over here why not wait and buy your new car in the UK with right hand drive - especially if you are going to be here for a while. We also do the 300C in 3 litre diesel using a Mercedes engine and it goes like stink but is very economical. The choice is yours.
Cheers John

Good advice!!! The way gas is going up makes even more sense IMO. What are you guys paying for gas these days in the UK? Where I live (London, Ontario) it's at $1.05/litre for regular. Add another 12 cents for 91 octaine!!!

Bernie

Hi Rambit,
As with most things which are bought in the UK when compared in price to N America despite the so called exchange rate of approx $2 to the £1 you can safely call a $ a £ when it comes to buying power. Hence our fuel both petrol (gas) and diesel retail (thanks to our damned {in fact double damned} government with their ridiculous taxes) at approx £1 per litre. There is a slight variation across the country caused by haulage of the fuel or more likely what the market will stand.
Cheers John
