Possible Newbie

Tomorow I am looking at purchsing a used 2005 300 Touring. Is there anything specific to the car that I should be on the lookout for? any problem areas?

Welcome to the forums, John.

If you're purchasing this vehicle from a dealership, I would make sure they update any recalls or TSBs that might not have been performed (at no cost to you). That should also include probably the biggest one...the tranny o-ring replacement....simple and easy to do.
