Bought One

I posted last week here "I'm such a newbie I don't even own one yet" Well I do now. I was adamant on getting a Limited, sunroof, nav, dual zone climate, etc. I didn't need the V8. Well I'm proud of myself, I stuck to my guns and walked out with a 300C AWD!! Every friggin option in the book. Oh well there goes the best laid plans of mice and men. Quick ? w/out a search: Are the 18 chrome clad wheels covered in plastic? Sure seems like it, Also do you need to post here awhile to change your username? I found everything but that in the cp. Thanks

Hey, welcome and congratulations on your new car!!! I'm a little confused though. It says you have a 300C AWD. That means you have the Hemi under the hood! I'm sure you meant you have a 300 Limited AWD though seeing as you said you stuck to your guns.

To change your user name you need to send a PM to the admins (HEMEEE/JayC or ekool). They're the only ones who can do this for you. Just give a valid reason (probably that you don't want your e-mail address) sounds good to me.

One slight problem with that though. You'll need to be a member here for 10 days AND have a least 10 posts to enable private messaging. After that's done, go to your User CP, look on the left for Edit Options and place a check mark in the box next to Enable Private Messaging. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click Save.

Now go out and drive, come back and post, including pics and before you know it you'll have those 10 posts!!!

Bernie

I was trying to be funny. Meaning the 300C AWD V8 knocked my socks off and I forgot all about my plans for getting the Limited. My plans of being a comedian never materialized as you can tell what I do for a living from my sig! LOL Thanks for the info.

Haha! I guess I'm a little slow on the uptake this morning!!! The thing about it is as far as gas mileage goes the 3.5L only gets a couple of mpg better than the 5.7L does. You won't regret it!!!
