Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian; I live in Denton, TX (about 35 miles North of Dallas). I drive a 2007 Cool Vanilla 300C. Mods so far have been suitcase delete, tinted windows, 22" Boss black/chrome 331 wheels and a black grille. I'll try to post pics in the next few days...
Thanks Bruno! Funny you ask about the plate; today when I was taking the pics to post, I thought about removing it. In Texas, it has to be on the front, but it doesn't specify where... so I could place it in the front window. I don't really like that look too much either though. And I guarantee here in TX they'll pull me over for no front plate before I even get out of my driveway! I'll figure out something soon, though.
The next mods I want to do are:
1. Demould (I'm afraid to though, bought the car used and I've heard horror stories about mis-matched paint underneath, and bubbling as well)
2. Remove Chrysler wing on the rear trunk (Why... oh why... did they put pins in that thing instead of just tape or glue???)
3. Darker tint (this tint came with the car and it's way too light)
4. Powder coat the door handles in black to match the black on white (Cool Vanila) theme (this was actually my wife's idea, she has a Charger)
OK now for the dumb question... what does 'CV' stand for...?
Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing the pictures. Your car looks amazing! I really like the contrast of the black wheels and the white paint. Very nice! The red brake calipers are a nice touch too. Did you paint them yourself or did you buy them like that?
