18 members have cast their votes. Almost 300 views of this thread? Come on guys, let's hear from everyone.

So, I'm going to try and do my best motivational speaker impression. <cough cough... clearing throat>

The Big East event is something that we hope to draw people in from everywhere East of the Mississippi. The more feedback we get, the more we are able to gage the interest in the event. The more interest we gage, the bigger the event. We really need a great showing from the 300C crowd since you guys have been represented by only an extremely small number of members at the past events. The Magnum and Charger guys severely outnumber the 300's. The time's come for you all to represent this forum and the wonderful members here. Even if you rarely post on here, let's hear your feedback. The majority of our attendees to our LX events are your average forum members - some rarely post, some have never posted, but events like this are not just for the top posters, they're for everyone that owns a 300C, or a Magnum or Charger. We want everyone's feedback and if you don't think what you have to post is important enough to say or that your vote doesn't count in the long run, you're 100% wrong. We want as much feedback as possible and need as many votes as possible, too. We're still in the preplanning stages where we need feedback in quantity. Every little bit helps and who knows, your 2 cents may lead to someone elses silver dollar. Give us your feedback and give us your vote. We also hope to use these votes when we go to the manufacturers and advertisers because in order to make this event BIG, we have to show that we're going to have a big turnout. We know that we will have an awesome turnout but the more proof we have, the better.

Do you guys want a weekend event or a one day event? Tracktime? A cruise? Car show? Dash Plates? A dinner/reception? Pork chops sandwiches?

We plan these events for you guys - it's our way at HHP of giving back to all or you for your support of us. This year we're teaming up with a handful of the forum members from this forum who are going to help us in the planning, administation and hosting of the event. But it's important that the event we plan is what you guys want. Our preplanning allows us to tailor the event to your needs as much as possible.

Let's hear what you guys have to say!

Thanks!
Joshua, HHP

Well Considering That Ocean City Hosts These Shows Time And Time Again And You Can Cruise Route 1 From Ocean City Through Multiple Beaches (ocean City - Finwick Island - Bethany Beach - Dewey Beach - Rehoboth Beach - Lewes - Cape May ) I Vote For Ocean City
Definitely..

Not much to do in Englishtown. If it is a weekend make it OC. the Carlise event look the best to me from a MOPAR point of view. Since HHP posed it this way, I chave my vote from Carlise to OC.. Beer and barbecue on the beach I am there.

Come on gang, you mean to tell me that we have only 27 300C's in the entire mid-east coast? We need some more people to get involved, I don't know about some of you guys but a pass out of the house sounds good to me. I can't speak for most you guys, but this car has become my new hobby. I look forward to meeting my fellow forum members and of course a little showing off for those who only dream about owning one of these monsters.

Ever since Big Bob, Cool Vanilla C and I (Chasb) started this thing and tried to get together a few times over the summer, we have been surprised at the apathy. But I think it's changing. With help from HighHorseman and CharlieD, and some others, it should come together.

I'm not familiar with any of those sites but I'm in!! no matter where it is. I especially like Charlie D's idea of getting New Englanders together for a super cruise down to the super meet where ever it ends up being held.

.....................................Right you are Chasb, with networking and starting early it will be done. HighHorseman does have the inside track and only with all of us can this come together, and as Charlie D says we need to get the silent masses involved so they can feel that great reward when meet-day comes. Logan214 said it best, his car is now his new hobby! We are waiting until sometime after the new year for more dates and see the poles to make the Big decision, and remember I know that I will try to make all of the meets including one in Canada.
