300C DURANGO Launched!!

In yet another effort to profit from the mighty "buzz" created by its 300C, DCX today introduced the Durango 300. Designed to revitalize it's sagging sales of SUVs and establish Chrysler's pre-eminence in crossover vehicles, the Durango 300 is expected to arrive in dealer showrooms by late November, making it the fastest new model ever developed by the company. "Sure, we rushed the concept into production," remarked DCX's D300 program manager, "the focus groups all said they had to have one by Christmas or else. In this kinda of market, you don't screw with your customers." Indeed, in reaction to public demand for 300Cs and Hemi-powered vehicles, it is anticipated that Chrysler's research and development bureau will be promulgating many new 300C-derived designs in the upcoming months.

OH I am not to sure about all this. Dont you think Chrysler runs the risk of being a one trick pony after too long? The 300 i sa nice car... but dont over saturate the market with a wagon, a sedan, a convert, a coupe, and now a SUV?!

Keep the desingers working on the next new "thing"...... not this stuff!

Redman, you ROCK!!!
I always giggle when I open a post like this from you. I love how you spend the time AND effort on the text as well as a carefully done photo retouch.

I actually like the look of the pic, but of course if it were real, I would want to see more angle shots of it. Damn you are funny though. "have to have one by Christmas or else." Damn, you crack me up!!

Keep 'em coming. I for one look forward to these types of posts!!!

Thumbs up

Redman, it's time to go back on your meds.

Seriously though, I truly appreciate your ingenuity and your sense of humor. Keep up the good work.

Have you considered a 300 Grand Cherokee?
