Tell him you would rather deal strictly in cash.
Say that you will send the cash via ups in a box.
Tell him he must pay COD to UPS for the shipping charges .
Put a couple of heavy items in a box , send overnight priority to a UPS/Fed ex pick up location.
When they go to pick up the box they will have to pay for a heavy item that has no value that was shipped overnight.
Make sure you send it from a ups drop off point and use a bogus name..
Its even better if it was international , you can then put a huge value on it for customs..

I love that the way that forum pulled it together against the scammers. I bookmarked about six months ago and I have gone back a couple of times to read it again.
