John H. really shafted some Corvette and Viper owners awhile back and I just want to give you guys a heads up, and maybe even John himself can chime in on his past deeds, hopefully by being armed with this info you can make a better informed choice on who you give your money to.

Most Companies today would not be able to keep there doors open very long with as much crap that has been thrown at Hennessey.

Most of the other guys who cried foul over JH, are not in business today. mmmmmm, makes me wonder why the are all closed and JH is still turning out incredible rides to throngs of satisfied customers. He must be doing something right.

John is always on the cutting edge of innovation. I have watched him take a Viper in the early 90's and get over 650 hp. Today with a sweet twin-turbo set-up it gets 1000hp. Heck even the SRT10 pickup cranks out 850 with a twin-T.

I would take that fire breathing truck over your corvette any day my friend. I will enjoy spanking your ass on the track all day long in that Hennessey powered Truck and laugh so hard doing it, that would be the only way your vette might beat me in 1 race.

I am a GM man by birth and has taken a long time to get to Dodge and Chrysler.

So maybe you are mad, upset, got your panties in a bunch because Hennnesssey chose DCX to work with instead of your precious vette.

I am sorry you can not find a reliable person to make your HP dreams come true for you and your vette. But don't take it out on someone else just because you are tired of being beaten by all of the Hennessey modified cars out there.

I know there are a lot of Hennessey built rides in Ill.

Be warned as well. I know for a fact that there is a 550HP Bently rolling in Ill. No make that 650HP Bently rolling in Ill after it was at Hennessey's. I pray you don't come across that Bently. Because after that beast of a car rips you a new one. I am afraid you will hang up your go-fast keys for good.

That may turn out to be a good thing for the rest of us.

Now go get in your vette and make yourself feel good and I don't know go race a Honda. At least we'll know your car can beat something out there.

Coming from a well known company, that's not really the reply I expected to see. Additionally, I thought this forum welcomed anyone..

Like Moose, I am not favorably impressed by this reply.

John, he invited you to comment on some accusations that are made in the thread on the other forum. That doesn't make him a troll. Please refute the accusations.

I was a little hesitant to reply, because I do appreciate what the thread intended ( informing us of things that happened with Hennessey Performance in the past), but I do find your thread a little bit hypocritcal.........

it would be kinda like me going to the Corvette forums and posting a thread that said " Just to give you guys a heads up......GM is closing 9 plants and eliminating 30,000 jobs, and at least that many families will be affected and potentially jobless ".......

both are old news.......and both things happened

As I said in my first post on this thread, I didn't know. I am not an old-timer in the tuning world. Like it or not, it was educational for me.

Why do you say hypocritical? I don't see anything hypocritical about it.

Indeed, but I'm not sure who you meant as living in a glass house. To be clear, Croozer doesn't live in a glass house (I haven't heard any dirt on him) so if he is throwing figurative stones, the situation doesn't fit that saying.

I just want to stick up for Croozer who has done a gutsy thing in my opinion.
