Appologies to anyone who reads dodgeboy forums

http://www.dodgeboy.net/forum/viewto...?p=17364#17364

I have only posted a couple of times here but anyone who has seen them know that I like and respect the Hemi, I think my brothers car is fantastic, would I buy one? Yes but I prefer a stick shift and I am really happy with my car.

Anyway there was a lot of people talking Sh*t about Mustangs and how slow and pathetic they are even if they are modded... I think I must have found the 300c forums for 17 year old boys.

Anyway just in case anyone here stumbles upon that post I want to appologize. I like the 300, I respect the Hemi and would never say anything bad about but don't talk SH*T about how slow a Mustang or Cobra is, they did and I spit back some facts.

You guys are cool and enjoye the knowledge here and will stick here instead of dodgeboys.

You can tell when you are in a good forum because no one puts down other cars. On my home (SVTPERFORMANCE.COM) people in the Cobra forums never says Z28's suck or .... Yeah there is a forum for smack talk and road kills but that's not the Cobra forum.

If you love F-bodys and hate Mustangs i'll probably never change your mind but if you went for a ride in my car you would have to respect the power, just as if someone who po-poos a 300c changes their tune after getting pinned back to their seat, imagine that feeling in a lighter 6 speed with 600 HP/TQ.

ford mustangs suck!

j/k

Its a shame when people can't just enjoy cars as a whole. Unfortunately all car communities are plagued with the fanboys in one form or another.

I just read the post. Your cool with me NJCOBRA. I see it more as humorous than anything else only because of all the people quoting and popping off their mouths about stuff they have no clue about.

The 03-04 Cobra's are absolutely incredible cars, and they produce HUGE power (as you know 500RWHP is VERY easy to acheive) with very little mods. Can't wait for the 05's to hit the street!

On that note...there are lots of fast cars, but they are only as fast as you can drive them.
Yes, I do own a supercharged Mustang, in it's stock form the 300 would eat it for lunch (it's a heavy convertible with an automatic)....but it's FAR from stock. I LOVE both of my cars...and would never compare them.

Speed is just a question of money, how much do you want to spend?

Well I am happy to know I am welcome here as it's pretty damn likely I will be banned from that board RSN.

FYI - Please don't take it personally. Every board has its occasional trolls, and you (not a troll) unfortunately showed up at a bad time. We had a few DC bashing people come through that thread and really stir things up. You're always welcome back.
