My plane crash **PICS**

Here are some pics that I have from my gear up landing after the landing gear failed to deploy properly, hopefully I can get the video from VHS to mpg or something pretty soon and I'll post that. They jacked the plane up and locked the gear in place by hand and towed it back to the hangar.

Here we are in flight making a practice approach

These are pics after the landing

Not too much to the bottom of the plane, just some antennas and whatnot are gone, maybe some painting required. The prop and prop hub is toast. The engine needs to be sent to Chicago to a place that handles "sudden stoppage" engines. It needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt if not replaced... To fix the landing gear will cost around $10,000 if they get the new part that is upgraded because of this problem since it has happened before Cessna engineered a new actuator housing that is $8000 alone.

Any landing you can walk away from...And its good to see your RG won't be out of service forever. It's a good ship. Someday...someday.
