Can't we have our cake and eat it too?

....Yes...definitely cake....and Cap'n crunch, and little Debbie, and Hostess cupcakes, maybe some Jay's Potato chips with pretzels and some fritos.

They've won. Hence me asking to be removed as FAQ/Tech Moderator and rarely contributing here any more. I've noticed we've lost a lot of regulars.

I have yet to witness any subject about 300C's that wasn't met with complete insight and in depth detailed discussion....So much so that there's thread after thread after thread of simple things like OIL CHANGES for God's sake, let alone almost forensic details encompassing performance and aftermarket availability and advertisement to everything and anything the end user needs!

Personally I can't remember a time when I couldn't get the information I needed about my car from others on this forum....aside from the occassional off topic banter (banter of which I'm guilty of and personally feel add character to this site if I do say so myself...)

...But if you feel different, try hanging out at other LX forums where they discuss such ridiculous topics like "changing to higher flowing fuel injectors" on stock 5.7's which goes on for page after page without someone stepping in to tell them how misquided they are....NOPE, that wouldn't happen here because we have members who know their s**t.

But that's just my opinion....You are free to yours and I hope everyone sticks around.

P.S. I edited out things said about other forum members in this post.

I joined here in mid January and I did notice that there were some very terse replies given by some of the members. That being said I am a grown adult, and I know how to ignore the idiots, and the trolls. This is a nice site and I have gotten some good information here and I won't be ran off by a few bad apples.

GO VISIT VIPERALLEY.COM

...If you think ANYTHING said on this forum is "terse" or "tactless" or bashing in any way comparitively.

P.S. I'm only using Viperalley as an example. MANY other forums of their ilk exist.
