autostick gear indicater

Someone recently posted about their 300C gear indicater reads 1,2,3,4,D,5. They stated that if in drive and at cruising speed with the autostick in D, they would nudge auto stick to the right and 5 would be appear instead of D. They then stated if nudged to the left that D would be indicated. I tried it on my C and never could get 5 showing. My car was mfg 9/04. Maybe later versions had this feature. Anyone have info?

They probably have the new Superchips Flashpaq, if yours is stock it won't show that.

That feature is on the SRT8'S, not the regular "C"

It is definitely only after tuning with the Superchips flashpaq. My 2005 "C" autostick now works just like my dad's 2006 SRT8. I wasn't even expecting that feature, it was a bonus. The best part is how the autostick actually works like it should now (meaning it upshifts or downshifts when I want it to without the delay). The shifts in full automatic mode ( "D") are crisper and quicker now too. The flashpaq is well worth it's price.
