Angry I got a Question (URGENT)

Ok Hears my Story Last Night, I Was In My 300 And I Was With My Friend. I Was on A Side Street Getting Ready To Turn Left On the Main Highway. And Theirs Traffic And Stuff Going on So I Couldn't Get Out of the Block Yet. And I Got This Guy Behind me in another Car Beeping and Stuff. No Big Deal, Whatever. But Then I Turn and He Follows And Starts Tailgating Me, I'm Talkin Real Close too. So Now I'm Waitin At the Light Waiting to Turn Right and He Pulls Along Side me and I Fliped Him the Bird lol. But Anyway then He Rolls His Window Down And Starts Screamin Oh You Got a Problem With that Finger and I Was Like yea. $%#@ you. And Hes Like What!?! And I Said %$^#@ You lol. And Then He Holds up a Badge And His Like Pull Over. So Now I'm Like Oh Great. So I Pull Over And My Friend Gets Out Of The Car And Starts Arguing With Him. But All In All He Wouldn't Give up His Name Or Badge Number And He Said He's A NJ State Juvenille Detention Officer. I've Never Heard Of That Before. I Don't even Think He Can Make a Stop On a Car. But My Point. Has Anyone Had a Similar Experience and I Was Wondering If I Can Be Fined Or Anything Like That?

He probably has peace officer status, but sounds like he is a real di_k head pulling the wanabe cop thing, and getting away with road rage to boot.

Yeah...with him acting outside of his assigned capacity he would be called before the man if he was ever ID'd for doing it. Based on his behavior, a .45 cal sanction would be in order.

If you had a license plate or some way to ID him you could pursue it...maybe even file a police complaint so it is on the record. Before you do that, remember that many in law enforcement see themselves on the "other side" and hang together...not to be paranoid, but there could be unforeseen consequences. Good luck!

The California Highway patrol gave me an honorary badge for being a member of the CHP 1199 Foundation. It basically helps if I ever get pulled over. If I were to pull the badge on anyone, I'd find myself in deep trouble... Quick.

What that guy did is borderline impersonate an officer by flashing his badge and pulling over, and you could easily report the guy if you had a license plate number or anything.

You didn't write down his plate #?

You have a Bentley Continental GT, a SL55 in the garage, an Arnage on order, and you stopped to deal with someone road raging letting your friend out of the car to? Most people whom can afford such toys are a bit smarter than that.

Here in LA, if you step out of your car during road rage with another motorist, it's about 95% certain you're going to end up in a physical confrontation. If the other motorist doesn't try and knock you out, someone stuck behind you is going to try. I can't imagine it being more friendly in Jersey.

Something is amiss. I am raising the BS flag on this one.

Call me a hater if you'd like. Share some pictures of that Continental GT. I've always wanted to see the interior. Prove me wrong.

This thread has been moved to Off-Topic for that reason; someone please let me know if it gets worse before i see it next and it'll be gone.
