Exclamation 300c Ram

Auburn Hills, Mich., Nov. 15, 2004 - Unquestionably the market-leader in near-luxury sedans, Chrysler today signalled all-out warfare in the lucrative upscale pickup truck market segment.

"Ford thinks it can build a Lincoln on top of a F150," remarked the DCX representative derisively at the mid-afternoon rollout, "Well, this new 300C will show folks how a real car company builds a real pick'em up truck." In the past, such shows of bravado were met with negative reviews and declining sales figures. This time, however, the odds are that most opinions and truck buyers will be swayed by the promise and performance of this new Hemi-powered juggernaut. Indeed, Zogby Polling Inc., reveals strong support amongst males 25-55, the heart of the pickup truck market. No doubt Chrysler's simultaneous decision to sponsor a 300C RAM team to enter the 2005 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will drive the point home to racing fans throughout the heartland.

Hey this is bull s**t, it's like what Holden is doing with it's cars mixing them togther and getting out diffrent products in the same picture as the original but in different shapes & sizes, insted of giving the market a new product so as to boost up sales & not confuse the customer of what to buy.

Jamoleh,

They are nothing new. In Australia they are called Ute's. In the US this same concept is call an El Camio. These car/trucks date clear back to the early 30's and late 1920's. I've always felt that they are neat.

I love it when Redman gets the newer guys on the board, I'm sure this will be a repeating trend as more and more people come aboard.
